Hello!~
Nothing much going on here. I'm expecting my Monster Hunter Pinky st. pretty soon. Maybe even tomorrow! I ordered the one with all the cool armor and the massive sword-thing with spikes lol. For tonight, before doing my homework, I'm going to find some more Vox and Flickr groups to join so I can interact more with the community while also finding more people with the same hobbies.
I can't get Kanon out of my head, lol. Oprah was talking about how that new movie "Juno" is full of surprises and twists and turns that no one would ever suspect...I felt like telling her to shut up and watch Kanon hahaha. If she wants to compliment a story for having twists and turns, she should give the credit to the real winner, Kanon. She also said she cried and that the movie was so sad because the 16 year old was pregnant. Want to cry Oprah? Watch Kanon 2006! You'll be crying.
Since I take a lot of (rather crappy) pictures of my figurines, and after seeing other people do it, I've decided that I want to use the photos and make random comic stories with them lol. I find it fun and cute and I can't wait until my photography skills improve so that they look nicer. Just made the first comic today called, "The Ship."

Well off to do some homework. Need to write a summary of that play, "Death of a Salesman." No, I am not enjoying/paying attention to the play one bit. ^-~
I'm so happy today! I bought these three items off ebay two months ago and finally I have them!! YES! The wait was well worth it. <3 The fastest thing I ever got from Japan was my magazines I ordered from Amazon.jp. They came in only 2 days! Though, their shipping did cost me $40 total. =(

haha, Ok! Now to write about what was in my package. For everyone who doesn't know crap about me, Makoto is my favorite "Kanon" girl and she is just so damn adorable! I'm not a fan of the Kanon plushies (They look nothing like the characters) but I got so damn lucky that the Makoto plushie actually looks like her, and is wearing cute Pajamas! So I just had to buy her no matter what the price was. The only other Kanon plushie I like is her Kitty, which is actually very well made compared to the others, and is soft. Also enchanted with +5 cuteness~
So here are the only two Kanon plushies I'd probably buy, and did:
So there they are! So cute! I especially like how Makoto sits since the Air plushies I have don't sit.
Other good news is that the ebay seller I bought a Monster Hunter Pinky st. from messaged me today telling me that my item has been shipped out! Most likely I'll get it before the 19th. So far I own 0 Pinky st. and I ordered this Monster hunter one before I knew what Pinky st. were. Then I found www.Pinky-street.com and became instantly hooked and plan on buying a lot once I get a new job. Reason I bought it was for these reasons:
how bad-ass the armor is
how huge the weapon is
how small and chibi the figure is
And because I play a lot of MMORPGs and the figure makes me think of MMOs, Flyff in particular. So when I play games I can have her sitting on display as my desk mate.
As for the other Pinkys I buy, they will be more for customizing, playing with, and taking photos of. This Monster Hunter one I bought will spend all its time on my desk or shelf probably. I think I could have maybe gotten it cheaper than $28. (counting shipping and I did pre-order it) I just didn't look around online good enough.
